We offer an Asbestos management, refurbishment and demolition surveys. Under the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 (Regulation 4) (HSE), it is a legal requirement for all commercial properties to have an Asbestos register. The purpose of these surveys is to make an assessment about the asbestos within your property and how it should be dealt with.
Asbestos is a carcinogenic material and must be handled correctly, Some Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMS) have been determined as non licensed as they are lower risk. However, health and safety guidelines must still be followed when undertaking any work with asbestos regardless of the risk level.
